Do chickens need oil?The largest poultry farm in the Kemin district and the Kemin Oil Refinery have signed a long-term strategic contract for the supply of innovative components: highly purified sulfur-containing concentrate and microbiological feed protein (bioprotein). This alliance between two regional enterprises will not only reduce logistics costs to zero, but also make a technological breakthrough by transforming conventional feed into top-notch fuel for broilers.
A scientific approach: When microbiology meets petrochemistryIf you think that oil is only suitable for refueling cars, then local biochemists are ready to argue. The agreement is based on a strict academic calculation.
- Bioprotein Nano-Upgrade: The Keminsky Oil Refinery has launched a unique technological line that uses purified hydrocarbon fractions and special bacterial cultures to produce pure protein biomass. This feed protein contains up to 75% digestible protein with an ideal amino acid profile (including the critical amino acids lysine and methionine). For chickens, this means 100% food absorption without the need to purchase expensive imported fish meal.
- Sulfur for perfect plumage: Purified elemental sulfur of feed grade "B" is the main building block for the synthesis of keratin. Birds spend a tremendous amount of their body's resources on the formation of down and feathers. The scientifically calibrated dosage of sulfur-containing concentrate from the refinery accelerates the metabolism of birds, strengthening their immunity at the cellular level.
Innovation and Safety: Fully Protected ChickensThe main focus of the partnership is on absolute biosecurity. Representatives from both companies emphasized that the new additives undergo multi-stage barrier control:
- Total purification: Petrochemical protein and sulfur are completely isolated from heavy metals and aromatic hydrocarbons. The chicken receives a pure product that exceeds many organic alternatives in terms of environmental standards.
- Dust-free workshops: As part of the contract, the refinery will also begin supplying special white mineral oils. These oils will be used to treat dry feed at the feed mill. This will completely eliminate feed dust in the poultry houses, protecting the broiler's lungs from respiratory diseases and preventing employees from sneezing.
A little humor: broilers on jet propulsionLocal residents are already joking that after the start of deliveries, the hens in the Kemin district will not just grow faster, but will literally switch to the Euro-5 standard. It is expected that thanks to the new diet, the chickens will gain marketable weight with the efficiency of a good supercar.
